On July 16th 2022 The People of the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribe made history once again.
They put their trust and hope for the future in Sharon Carter and elected her Ugu or National Chief of the Tribe.
Sharon Carter – Cloud Panther is the first ever woman elected as Ugu of the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribe, and rightfully so!
Kassa Willingham was re-elected to serve as Central Towns District Chief,
Jennifer Forest was re-elected to serve Treaty District as their Chief,
William Hoff was re-elected At-Large District Chief and
Deanna Wood Priddy is the newly elected Northern Towns District Chief.
