Attention Tribal Citizens:
By order of the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribal Council Article IV Section 9 of the Tribal Constitution,
Mr. John Stephenson has been impeached from office as Deputy Chief of the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribe in special session effective January 31, 2023.
Mr. Stephenson has been instructed to return any and all property belonging to the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribe including but not limited to our Proclamation of Recognition from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, on or before February 14th, 2023.
Mr. John Stephenson does not speak for or represent the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Tribe or the Tribal Council in any capacity whatsoever.
